We’re happy to announce that we’ve surpassed our planned new share issue of 30 million SEK with a total closed capital of 43 million SEK.
35 million comes from current investors, and the remaining 8 million from new investors. The funding will be used to accelerate product development and prepare the companies for international expansion.
We received a great interest and in just 2 months we secured 43 million. The investors are an interesting mix of IT billionaires, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists. We’re glad that current investors are showing further interest, and that new ones have found their way to Blingdale.
